I want to make a field in STAGE to select a company for this stage, as implemented in the SALES TEAM.
I'm not at all good at ODOO, so if you can write down the solution steps in as much detail as possible, I'd be incredibly grateful
Or if you know an alternative method to solve my problem, please share

If you want to create stages based on sales team it's possible but if you want to create stages based on multi company in that you need to develop custom feature or you can check the third party application.

Navigate to CRM > Configuration > Stages . (note: you would need to enable developer mode to view this menu, General settings and activate developer mode)
You can create stages and associate to the team. If left empty it would be visible to all teams.
From your screen shot in the post, assumption is that a sales team is specific to a company.
