Hello Gurus

I am frustrated that when opening an individual contact from a company contact form, it does not open the full individual form. It been bugging me for years.

Do anyone know how to get around it?

Hi, Try to install Contact, you can check there.

contacts is installed. Let me explain further. In contact, open a company form (is_company). Down the bottom of the form is added addresses. These individuals are have their own forms however the popup window has only a small number of fields from the fill individual contact record. I would like to open the full individual form/record rather then just a small subset.

why don't you just search the individual directly? instead of looking on the company?

Yeah, that is the frustrating bit. The record is right there however I have to close out the company record, then go search for the individual.

I see, you can either
1. Search by the Related Company
2. Customize the Kanban return action
