Hi odoo'ers,


I'm currently watching and reproducing the tutorials using a trial version of odoo18.

Today I come along with Customer payment follow-up.


From the odoo documentation and the video, there is no link called "Follow-up Reports" under Accounting > Customers

https://www.odoo.com/documentation/18.0/applications/finance/accounting/payments/follow_up.html



Can anyone tell me why?

This part of our Documentation has not been updated.

You now access Follow-up Reports directly from the Customer:


Via the List View of Customers you can search for Customers needing follow-up:

It is a terrible update.

How do we understand which customers are overdue and the amount?

Is there any reason why this function has been updated this way?
