I need to translate odoo Html front page with some certain data stored in backend, ie language selector. I know to add translation by using .po and pot files. I need to know any other possibilities where my front page contents may be changes according to user needs, yes ie, a CMS page. I also tried integration of Google translate !

Dynamic contents for dynamic pages are translated in the backend (for example Product Description). So I still do not understand your problem. Can you possibly make an example?
IN product description if we have a word which is not included in .po or pot file is automatically translated?
