I can find the settings to manage multiple stores in V7 to settings -> configuration -> sales -> sale features -> manage multiple shops, but I do not find it in v8.
Can I manage multiple shops on odoo 8 ?

Nope, featue of multi shops is not available in V8 any more...
For some reason it is depreciated, and it would be nice to know that reason..
