Invisible the create/ delete option

Hello, I created the "

Maintenance Vehicle
Category for Mainenance Vehicle Management

Request Manager

Request Users

Request Viewer

viewer Role

[(1, '=', 1)]
['|', ('user_id', '=', user.id), ('user_id', '=', False)] -->

the above catagory but it doesn't work correctly in viewer group the create/ delete option visible while in the equipment like"

Equipment viewer
and the "

Equipment viewer Role

[(1, '=', 1)]
['|', ('user_id', '=', user.id), ('user_id', '=', False)] -->
the create

Hi,
You can manage the acces by creating record rules for the users,From the record record rule you can manage the create/delete access for specific user groups.Please refer the below blog to know how to create a record rule
