By Default Odoo show's all records in different module with Kanban view. Right now I can edit it by going to studio and setting list view as default. But it only changes that specific module or functionality. How can I change all view to list view at once instead of changing one by one ?

Some apps (like CRM) are designed for Kanban first. You may want to exclude them to avoid breaking usability.
This does not remove Kanban views—just changes which one loads first.
You can make this change safe and reversible by logging affected views or wrapping the update in a custom module.
