How to delete a payslip with done status

Question

I am using odoo on the web/cloud (SaaS), i created a practice payslip and now i want to delete it. unfortunately the message i am getting is " Cannot cancel a payslip that is done.".

What to do now. Kindly give detailed step by step.

Hello, mcdonline,
To delete any done state payslip you need to use PSQL query. Because it's a warning from odoo that you can not delete those payslips which are in the done state.
While you are deleting the done state payslip you also need to delete the related accounting move.
Connect your web/cloud(SaaS) with Postgres.
Note: Please delete moves first and after that delete payslip.
