I understand what is Make to Stock and Make to Order conceptually and when and how it needs to be set for a product procurement. My question is that "How does it differ in the functional flow of the openerp system?".
I am not sure if i've delivered my question correctly, so please feel free to edit and update it.
This is a good link. Make to Order products will NEVER check to see if the product is in inventory and will ALWAYS try to procure the product via a request for quotation or manufacturing order.
