I sell training and we use two mode so I need to create two UoM for the same course (days and nbe of persons). Who can help me please ?

The 2nd uom is not for a batch of course. It's the same course but uom differs according if it's one company OR several companies participating at the course
create different products. why need to operate with the same. one course-per person, another course per day and etc.
also you can have uom 1 hour course, describe it in units of measure in the system. like second uom 1 day, bigger 8 times and etc.
also to sell in different units and that will work

You can have one UOM as Days(1/365) and Second no.of person as a Batch for Course XYZ.
