Hello!

I already found the advise how to tick checkboxes in settings, but can't see any change in Odoo ecommerce: just sign in is possible, not sign up?

I cleared browser temps but no help.

We use Clarico theme. Could it be reason for the problem?

Techneith, can't find "Users" nor "Free Signup (B2C)" in our V10 backend.

Dear Jukka

The sign up from the website can be activated in Odoo backend:

  1. Settings

  2. General settings

  3. Check the box for "Allow external users to sign up", and if you want to allow them to restore a forgotten password, check also the box for "Enable password reset from Login page"

  4.  Save.

For inquiries related to a customized theme, you need to contact the developer of the theme or your local Odoo partner.

Go to Setting  --> General Settings 

Under "Users" in Customer Account check "Free Signup (B2C)"
