Even though the Accounting Setting's parameters are set, and i have full administrator access with technical features, i don't have a menu for setting the currencies rates. (I guess it should appear under Misc. in Accounting).
I've tested on v7 nightly from April 22 and April 28, it's the same.
Is there a bug case open for that, or do i miss something ?

Ok, i've found where the menu lies. It's located in "Sales", Configuration, Adress Book, Localization, Currencies.

Make sure you have all the access rights. You can change access rights Settings->Users->Users in user form view (Access Rights) tab.
Thank you for your answer, i've put all the possible rights and still no menu.. Also tested with nightly from 29 april..
