You can use this module product_category_inter_company .
Hope it will help you.
But it will apply to all companies. I want to create categories Separately in all companies.

through inventory app insert Configuration menu , you can find product categories
it is simply create the Categories with Parents and Childs
Set the Costing method , Logistics routes, Accounting Properties
