When I try to access Scheduled Actions through Settings, it comes up with an error instead

Hey ,
You can just search in views (setting > technical > views) using the arch filter for "trigger_user_id" ,
if you find the view you can check it is included in what module
If the module is installed you need to update it or you can archive the view otherwise.
