We are experiencing a recurring issue when trying to link a banking institution in Odoo 16 Enterprise. When searching for the institution and proceeding with the connection, the following error message appears:

We have already tried several times to resynchronize the bank, even logging out and testing with different users, but the error occurs in all cases and with all accounts.

Has anyone else in Mexico experienced this same issue recently?

Do you know if this is a widespread issue with Odoo’s providers or if there is a workaround or alternative while they fix it?

We are not the owners of the database, but we provide support.

I would really appreciate any help or experience you can share.

Ocurrió un problema con el proveedor, intenta vincular tu banco de nuevo. Si sigues teniendo problemas, contacta al servicio de soporte de Odoo.

This here is not the Odoo support. Please create a ticket at odoo.com/help as the forum can't do anything with the error reference, since we can't see it - Odoo support however can.
