Stéphane Vermeire, Head of Corporate Banking since November 2024, is a graduate of Solvay Business School and holds an MBA from JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Chicago. He began his career in 1994 at McKinsey & Company. In 2001 he joined Dexia Asset Management, subsequently holding various positions within the Dexia Group. In 2013 he joined BNP Paribas Fortis as General Manager, Private Banking and Wealth Management, becoming an Executive Committee member in 2015. In 2017 he became a member of the BNP Paribas Fortis Board of Directors and Executive Board as Head of Private Banking & Wealth Management. In 2023 he became Head of Affluent & Private Banking.
