He began working at an early age, financing his own university education through freelance IT support and software development. His commitment to continuous learning and excellence allowed him to rise quickly through the ranks, eventually holding roles such as Head of Organization and Methods at Banco Económico and Planning and Technology Manager at Tropical Tours, where he led strategic modernization and system integration initiatives.

Juan Luis is a certified PMP®, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and ISO standards auditor. He is also an experienced instructor in business process management (BPA), having taught in renowned institutions such as Ibnorca and Enfoca. He has more than four years of hands-on experience implementing ERP systems (notably Odoo) and is proficient in the application of artificial intelligence, CRM platforms, big data analytics, and business process automation.

Currently, he serves as the Executive Director of Large Business Group LLC (USA) and General Manager of Largotek SRL, leading companies focused on payment solutions, e-commerce, business intelligence, and digital transformation throughout Bolivia and Latin America.
