In this session, we will present how TSC supported Be WaPP, a major environmental non-profit in Wallonia, in the digital transformation of its internal operations using Odoo.

Founded by Fost Plus, Fevia Wallonie, and Comeos, Be WaPP actively works to reduce litter and illegal dumping across the region. With Odoo, the organization has been able to professionalize its internal management while strengthening its social mission.

We will walk through the project, which is already live:

Project Management: Odoo was configured to support structured project tracking with tasks and subtasks, enabling better organization and visibility.

Purchase Request Workflow: A simplified and automated purchase request process was implemented, including approval steps to ensure control and traceability.

Centralized Contact Management: All contact data, previously spread across multiple platforms, is now unified within Odoo for smoother communication and follow-up.

Full Accounting Integration: Complete setup of Odoo’s accounting modules to manage invoices, payments, and bank reconciliation directly in the system.

Budget Management with Analytic Accounting: Implementation of analytic accounts to allow for detailed budget tracking by project, campaign, or department.

This talk will demonstrate how Odoo can empower mission-driven non-profits with flexible, professional tools that adapt to their unique needs and constraints.
