To address Radius Security's operational issues, Brainvire implemented Odoo, replacing their decentralized Sedona ERP system. Odoo automated process includes linking a Site to the customer, installing systems on sites, managing inspection contracts and scheduling, technicians use InspectPoint for inspection checklist & reports, status updates in Odoo, deficiency quote generation, and invoicing. We streamlined contract creation, inspection scheduling, and deficiency report management through automated workflows and open APIs, reducing manual intervention and improving efficiency. Additionally, we introduced RMR contract management with hyperlinks to Customer Portfolio, and an attrition report tracking changes in RMR over 12 months.
