Challenges:
Dealing with the Lebanese accounting via floating rates, multi rate currency and multi-currency reporting alongside with tracking the manufacturing orders of the electric assembly projects. In addition to the need for a better management over the on-going and the up-coming projects. Moreover, managing the fast going transactions of the supply chain cycle of the multiple affiliates under Clear Company. Finally, the urge to exist within the digital market.
Solution:
Tecomsa highlighted the requirements of Clear Company and get hands dirty within their top level business needs and bottom level day to day operations. Having said that, Tecomsa customized Lebanese Accounting to handle Clear's financial requirements and reporting. Furthermore, manufacturing orders will be tracked using several customized apps to guarantee the quality assurance of the manufactured (assembled) products. In addition to that, the whole process starting from the generation of a lead/opportunity till it is won, through the customized sales process and project initiation, tracking purchased products that will be stored in a specific zone in a separated warehouse, managing all the delivery and receipt orders will be handled on one integrated platform. Due to the fluctuations of the Lebanese Market and the especially Accounting Wise, the need for a flexible, integrated, simple and fast ERP system took place. In addition to managing the sequence of Hamade's Sales Process taking into consideration the integration with other supply chain departments to be up to date and synchronized. Moreover, Marketing Solutions was needed to be managed in the same platform connected with various and different other platforms. Last but not least, within the marketing solutions needed, a need for a website that would serve online customers was mentioned within the challenges encountered by Hamade Trading Company.
Solution:
Tecomsa scheduled a series of sessions to gather the requirements of Hamade Trading Company taking into consideration their customized procedures in the supply chain cycle starting from purchasing the goods till the customized sales reports that are generated after each Doctor visit. Furthermore, a Lebanese Localized Accounting was implemented with Odoo ERP to generate Hamade's Financial Reports in a fast and accurate procedure along with dynamic dashboards that summarizes the financial status of the Trading Company. Hamade Trading Company's Social Media feeds were all managed on Odoo ERP in addition to their Automated Email Marketing. Finally, a built from scratch Website & Ecommerce was developed by Tecomsa Team aiming to provide Hamade an interactive Website with the basic SEO optimization in order to generate web leads that will be tracked using the CRM module.

Founded in late 2022, TRH is specialized in Furniture, Lightning, Home Accessories, Gifts, Design Pieces, Collectibles, and Designers.
Challenges:
As a startup business, The Random House wanted to initiate its operations in a well-designed, integrated, and customized system that would ensure its specific workflow and generate its requested reporting. Starting from the need to record their balances in a Lebanese Localized accounting, the fast and easy going Point of Sales operations, and their Supply Chain requirements that would give TRH representatives full control over their transactions.
Solution:
Tecomsa played an advisory and consultancy role in the implementation of The Random House's ERP taking into consideration the full specific requirements that would satisfy their business needs and generate their requested reports. Starting from implementing the Lebanese Accounting and its customized crafted reports based on TRH's auditor needs. In addition to the customization of the Point of Sales layout that would guarantee the optimal user experience upon the operation on the PoS with the integration with the Accounting and Inventory modules. Moreover, the supply chain (Sales, Purchase & Inventory) requirements were met based on the Logistics transactions and full stock control.
Finally, multi-currency reporting over the financial and stock reports was developed and deployed in TRH's database fulfilling their findings within Odoo ERP.
