Starting from the need to record their balances in a Lebanese Localized accounting, the fast and easy going Point of Sales operations, and their Supply Chain requirements that would give TRH representatives full control over their transactions.
Solution:
Tecomsa played an advisory and consultancy role in the implementation of The Random House's ERP taking into consideration the full specific requirements that would satisfy their business needs and generate their requested reports. In addition to the customization of the Point of Sales layout that would guarantee the optimal user experience upon the operation on the PoS with the integration with the Accounting and Inventory modules. Moreover, the supply chain (Sales, Purchase & Inventory) requirements were met based on the Logistics transactions and full stock control.
Finally, multi-currency reporting over the financial and stock reports was developed and deployed in TRH's database fulfilling their findings within Odoo ERP.
