MCTM Trade
MCTM Trade is an established food and beverage distribution company based in
Lebanon, focused on building a strong brand through efficient import and delivery
operations. As they were setting up, they needed a system that could manage
everything from accounting and inventory to mobile sales without relying on multiple
tools or integrations. Their team also wanted localized accounting, mobile order-taking,
and route-based deliveries all in one solution. Partnering with Azkatech, MCTM Trade
chose Odoo ERP to build their operations from the ground up. We implemented a
tailored setup covering Lebanese accounting, mobile sales workflows, GPS-based
check-ins, inventory control, and delivery route planning, giving them the structure they
needed to grow fast and manage operations from day one.
