Joy Nyabongo Resource Centre
The Joy Nyabongo Resource Centre (JNRC), was founded and is run by Joy Nyabongo, a Ugandan leadership and service delivery consultant and coach. She is an author of books like Value-Adding Woman: Unleashing the Potential in You, Best Practices for a Woman of Excellence; The African Beauty and the Unforgiveness Beast; Service Improvement Nuggets: A Self-Help Resource; and, Beating the Grapevine: How to Defeat Negative Gossip. Joy has produced 26 short edutainment movies and trained over 25,000 participants in-person from public and private organisations. JNRC serves as a repository of training materials and personal development resources, aimed at helping professionals elevate their productivity and excel in various areas of life and work . It collaborates with SELTRAC, the training arm of Service Excellence International Limited, to deliver programs and support self-improvement journeys. One of JNRC’s top-tier offerings is a set of “40 Transformative Tools,” which are designed to boost workplace effectiveness, performance, and growth through edutainment-style training, self-reflection prompts, guides, and personalized coaching.
