Hi, I saw in the Odoo 18 documentation that there are still workflow action in document module.
But when I installed Odoo 18 I can't find them.

They show at the top of the Window once you have selected a Document and depend on how the Folder is configured:
We have preconfigured specific folders with the most Actions, but you can pin additional Actions as you need them:
When you create your own folders you will need to select which Actions you want visible at the top

Is it possible to link a document to an existing record (whatever model). Under Workflow Actions > Actions > Create, you selected Link to record.

In Odoo 17 it was possible to do so.

You can create and edit actions linked to Document model from Server Actions. Also you can find all server actions linked to documents under Settings / Technical / Actions / Embedded Actions (Need to activate developer mode)
