i want to configure rental warehouse. I have some vendors who wants me to keep their stock and also deliver to their customer with logistics. can someone help me regarding this

You can use the owner stock/location. Create locations of your vendors and set the owner as your vendor. Now at the time of deliver the goods select the particular owner in picking.
