i have installed odoo apps Website + eCommberce, created 2 sample pages using website, it shows Mobile Preview on top mid+right.
1) is it mean i can use same app for mobile which i created using odoo website?
2) what are the necessary things (for development) we have to consider for using app on mobile?
please guide.

Odoo's web and website frontend is based on Bootstrap 4, which is a responsive framework. Therefore especially the website pages created with the website builder are responsive by design. Please learn about Bootstrap and the Website Builder in order to understand the concepts. And of course you should know what responsive web design means.
thank you @Ermin Trevisan for response, the sample pages which i can Preview in its own option as Mobile Preview i can see looks fine and both created using xml files not website builder, that's why i ask for. will check to use Bootstap 4 with odoo framework, definitely this will be great learning experience... :)
