I'm looking for a solution to give user the ability to create a sales order from Sales, and define a pickup delivery method. So, the goods will be available in a specific warehouse (set by seller).

Hi,
Once you activate the multi warehouse feature, you can see a field named Warehouse in the sale order form, in which you can select the warehouse. See whether it helps.
