HI,
Unable to do internal transfer between accounts in Odoo 14 CE and gives the following Error asking me to choose destination account.
Please Help.

I think you miss the bank account so you can create bank account for the step.
Accounting => Configuration => Accounting => Chart of Accounts
Code: 103301, Account Name: Bank Account, Type: Receivable,
