How to change first day of the week

Hello fellow Odooers:
Odoo seems to always use Monday as the first day of the week while displaying rows in a list. For example:

The first day of the week in *Settings > Translations* seems to have no bearing on how the data is displayed.

Is there a different setting that controls how the data in the List view is displayed?

Posting the clarification received since it may be of use to others:
" in the SO, weeks are displayed based on ISO standard, in which a week always start on a Monday.
However, in the language, you can change the day of the week and this will have an impact on your calendar."
The Calendar view uses the Language setting.
