Is it possible to have delivery options on the web page for customers to choose from 3+ different ones like 1st class, 2nd class and express delivery before they can proceed to final check out? Odoo is still giving me 2nd class without asking me to choose from delivery methods the one which will suits me.

Hello. Yes, it is possible. Just make sure that your Delivery methods are ''Available in the website''. If you do not see this tick box, install module eCommerce Delivery. So, when you will have 3 different delivery methods create and all of them will be available in website, your customer will be able to choose one of the delivery methods.
