Hello! I'm adding a im_livechat to a WordPress site.
I added scripts to head
But on the site itself, the chat does not work as it should. Chat messages are not updated in real time, but only when the Page is refreshed.
Can anyone please help me with this problem?
Maybe there's a new update. Try refreshing your access information. Many cases due to insufficient storage capacity errors also occur in this situation
