Recognizing the need for consolidation, Dapesco engaged KPMG Belgium to implement Odoo as a centralized ERP solution that could support their growing international structure.


Initial Objectives:

  • Replace a fragmented software landscape with a unified platform

  • Enable consistency and transparency across financial and project operations

  • Start with a focused deployment in 3–4 European offices before scaling globally

Key Modules in Odoo:

  • Accounting & Finance: Multi-currency, multi-company financial tracking and reporting

  • Project Management: Structured collaboration and tracking for internal and client-facing projects

  • Consolidation: Support for group-level financial consolidation across subsidiaries

With Odoo and KPMG’s expertise, the group aims to achieve greater data consistency, operational efficiency, and reporting accuracy, all while reducing reliance on siloed legacy tools.
