We are managing this process with the Amazon-Odoo Connector. https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/16.0/amazon_ept/
When you import orders from Amazon FBA/FBM, the tax will be applicable based on the order amount and country rules (according to Tax/fiscal position configurations).
After importing the orders, when we process the Settlement report, the system will take care of all other Amazon fees/charges and create accounting entries accordingly.
Based on those details, you will find all the information regarding sales, Amazon changes, and tax amounts in your accounting reports.
