To send Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), Vendor Bills, and Invoices in PDF format via WhatsApp from Odoo, you need to integrate WhatsApp with Odoo using a third-party API or module, as Odoo does not offer native WhatsApp messaging functionality.
You can also refer to this WhatsApp integration module available on the Odoo App Store, which may meet your requirements:

These often support sending:
