Can anyone tell me the difference between two fields Account Holder Name and account holder under model res.partner.bank.
This is creating confusion while adding bank account account for employee payroll process.

Hope the below description will help you.
Account Holder is the partner who holds this account and also the Account holder name according to the odoo help it is simply the account holder name in case if it is different than the name of the account holder.I think you can use the Partner name here.
