I have Odoo invoice module for small business, Just one user and one online module.

Everything was running fine and then suddenly without any warning i started getting blocked message.

This database is currently blocked

The most likely reason is that the Odoo Enterprise subscription has expired. This service will be automatically reactivated if you renew it.


I am not sure why this message, When i click on Renew subscription button it takes me to a page where i do not see anything to renew.


I have raised a ticket but since last 2 days there is no response.

any help will be appreciated.
