in the events application, what is the difference between the allocation of a ‘Responsible’ user Vs ‘Organiser’. 

For example, I am the POC for event management but a different employee is leading the actual event.

Hi,

In Odoo Events, the difference between "Responsible" and "Organiser":


    Responsible: This is the internal user who manages the event in Odoo — handles registrations, edits details, sends emails, etc. Use this for the person in charge of event coordination inside your company.


    Organiser: This is the name shown to the public as the host of the event. It could be a company, department, or person leading the sessions. It appears on the event website and promotional pages.


    Eg: If you're managing the event setup but another employee is leading the event, set yourself as Responsible and the other person as Organiser.
