Hi Glenn: The Sign module uses the concept of "Roles" which can then be associated with the fields in the document. There are a few pre-defined roles seeded in the system that should suffice for your scenario. Associate the signature field with the "Customer" role and the other fields with one of the internal roles like "Company" or "Employee" or "HR Responsible". This will allow you to prefill the other fields before sending the document to the customer for their signature.
