Hi Community,
I have been observing this issue with posbox hope I get some solution on this.
In an restaurant I setup 3 printers with 3 posbox connected in front of them.
Now when a waiter punches in an order it will print accordingly to the category of product ie Kitchen and bar, now for some reason kitchen printer is not working maybe out of paper or its posbox lost connectivity to lan, how will the waiter know whether this order went or not, if realized it is missed how to rectify it?
I have seen other pos solutions which flash the screen of waiter that order did not print and as soon as the printer is loaded with paper or back on lan it prints that order.
