Good morning everyone,

I am trying to setup OpenERP 7 to be used for our task/issue handling as a IT support company.

I need the following setup:

  1. normal portal users of our customers can only see the tasks they created themselves (this is default OpenERP behavior)
  2. some privileged portal users (ie. the IT manager) can see all tasks related to their own company , but not other companies
  3. normal users (ie. my colleagues) can see the projects (and their tasks) they are assigned to

I thought I would get (2) by making the privileged portal user either a follower of the project or a member of the projects team. But this seems to be not the case.

Any idea, how this can be achieved?
