Where can I find online in-depth courses for Odoo 16.
Not the official Odoo courses, these are too superficial.
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:

Udemy probably has some good courses which are paid but be sure to check them out before purchasing any. I'd still recommend the official courses as they give you a starting point for understanding the system.
Odoo Mates and Cybrosys has uploaded very related Technical courses which give us excellent understandings to start creating our own Modules and Apps.

Technical or Functional?
there are various on youtube mostly Technical (because i am searching for technical guides always)
try searching Udemy for video courses but please first check the preview so you can listen to instructor for what you can understand or not?

by the way, in practical world there are various problems you have to resolve yourself, these courses and books are just to give us a kick start.
interacting with people will gain your knowledge and try to be humble and if not have Answer but you think juniors here are going in wrong way, just guide them because nobody knows "everything" and nobody "experience" every problem.
Thank you I need both, I discovered that in order to change sometimes simple things in Odoo you need technical knowledge. On the other hand, a good overall course on project management, CRM integration and Time registration and how these work together is also missing.
I took a thorough look at the Odoo courses in Udemy. For a general course that explains the functionality of Odoo and the concepts behind it (in depth), I cannot find it. There are some courses maybe, but they are very outdated, like version 12 or something.
