I run a vehicle reselling business where I purchase vehicles, incur expenses on repairs and maintenance, and sometimes use spare parts from my existing inventory (e.g., spark plugs, brake pads). I need a way to accurately track the total cost of each vehicle.

For example, if I purchase a vehicle for $9,000, spend $100 on repairs, and use brake pads worth $30 from my inventory, the system should reflect the total cost of that vehicle as $9,130.

How can I set up Odoo to manage this effectively? Any guidance on best practices or module recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
