Introduction

The landed cost feature in Odoo allows to include additional costs (shipment, insurance, customs duties, etc.) into the cost of the product.

Configurations

Landed costs can only be applied to products with a FIFO or AVCO costing method and an automated inventory valuation

Landed costs should always be applied against a transfer

Use Cases - Demo
1) Landed costs are included by the Vendor on the Bill (could be included in the PO or not)
2) Landed Costs are not included by the vendor on the Bill
      a) Create a Bill for LC
      b) Do not create a Bill for LC

Conclusion
Landed costs is a powerful tool if you want to add costs to the product, it could be something related to the shipping or any other external costs
