Tracking issues in Launchpad and having the source tree in different repositories, 'server', 'addons' and 'web' (all in Bazaar/Launchpad) predates the 8.0 release when the project migrated to GitHub.
Unless you are effectively using v6.1 or v7.0, I would suggest you also search your issue on GitHub to verify if it is also tracked/resolved there.
The 'addons' revision referenced is included both in v6.1 and v7.0, but not in v6.0 (latest revision is 5621 in addons-v6.0):
