I'm having issues using marketing automation module, in particular with setting up a campaign:

• I'm setting up a double opt-in function, so that, when a user joins a newsletter, a subsequent email is sent to verify email and confirm subscription.
• I used the pre-defined module available in marketing automation, but the trigger does not work. That means that when a user registers, the email is not sent automatically, unless i manually click on "Execute" button in the campaign.

I'm using Odoo 18 Enterprise.

Could you help me in how to set up the trigger?
