I'd like to see all private messages of my internal users, not only those sent by me. I am the admin, but for now, I can only see messages sent by me under Setting -->Technical-->Discuss-->Message. Please let me know how I can see all messages. Thanks a lot!
Hi,
If you need to see all the messages, easily you can achieve it by switching into the super user mode. To activate the super user mode, follow this: SuperUser Mode in Odoo
If you need to see it without switching into super user mode, you may have to change the existing security rules related to the corresponding model.
