We are facing a challenge to handle a product traceability using serial number as our system hosted with odoo sh and transaction to receive orders with thousands or transfer from warehouse to another or any stock release take a lot of time that could reach more than 1 hour and sometime system stop with no action.

We are looking for support to how to handle that situation, and even when we decided to stop that traceability function from the product, still problem exist, as system still Handel stocks as lines of record, and not as stock inventory number.

Our operation for stock receive and movement is on hold, and we need support for the same ASAP.
