Go in your product, under the Sales tab. On the left hand side, you will see "Out of Stock: Continue Selling". Tick the box. Customers can now order your product even if you have 0 quantity in hand. I'm using Odoo 18.
Even I am looking for the similar thing but in odoo v16. How to unable sales when the quantity of the inventory reaches 0.
