Creating an API in Odoo

Question

Hello Everyone,

I am writing to ask if anyone has ever created an api in Odoo. I want to know how to create an api that will fetch data from Odoo Online 16.4 Saas and send it to a JSON format. The api should be triggered when a new opportunity is created in CRM?
