Hello folks,
In maintenance.request model, I have a selection field called types that are inbound and outbound. I want to create an email notification whenever a maintenance request is created with type inbound. And in the email template, i need to add few custom fields from this model.
Any suggestions ???

Hi Bishal:
You can define an automated action (Settings > Technical > Automated Actions) on the maintenance.request model, specify the condition of type = inbound and execute action of Send Email. You can then reference the fields in the model in the email template.
