Order sequencing in POS restaurant mode

Question

Is it possible to change the order of items a customer has placed?
An example: Customer A orders wine first - the waiter selects the wine, customer A orders dessert (cake) the waiter enters it, and lastly the customer orders steak. I tried out the scenario but I couldn't change the ordering of items once entered.
Is it possible to change the ordering because steak takes longer to prepare compared to pouring a glass of wine? Following meal courses the steak should come faster than the desserts.

Yes, it is possible to change the order of items a customer has placed. In your example, the waiter could simply go back into the order and change the order of the items. This would allow the kitchen to know what to prepare first and would ensure that the customer's food is served in the correct order.
